旺旺头条冬季防火安全提示
冬季天干物燥，气温走低，用电用气量增加，火灾风险上升。以下是冬季防火安全措施，你必须要知道！！！
1. 吸烟请到指定吸烟点，严禁吸游烟，严禁携带火种进入生产区、仓库、等重点区域，杜绝乱扔烟头引发火情。
2. 焊接、切割等动火作业，必须严格履行动火审批手续，作业前清理周边易燃、易爆、可燃物，配备足量灭火器材，安排专人现场监护，作业结束后仔细检查，确认无火种残留方可离开。
1. 严禁私拉乱接电线、超负荷用电，不得私自使用大功率电器设备，发现设备及线路老化、破损、短路等问题立即停机报修，严禁带病运行。
2. 下班前务必关闭所有无关设备电源、照明电源，做到人走电断，从源头切断电气火灾隐患。
3. 配电室、配电箱周边保持畅通，严禁堆放杂物，确保电气系统安全稳定。
1. 厂区所有消防通道、安全出口、疏散楼梯必须保持全天畅通，严禁占用、堵塞、封闭，严禁在通道内停放车辆、堆放物料，确保紧急情况下人员疏散、消防救援无障碍。
2. 各区域消防栓、灭火器、应急照明等消防设施，要定期检查维护，确保完好有效、压力充足，全体员工要熟悉所在区域消防器材位置及使用方法。

I. Strictly control fire sources and prohibit irregular operations
1. Smoke only at smoking areas. Never discard cigarette butts randomly to avoid fire.
2. For hot work such as welding and cutting, strictly complete the hot work approval procedures. Conduct a thorough check after work and confirm no residual fire before leaving.
II. Standardize electrical management and strictly prevent electrical fires
1. Unauthorized wiring, overloading and private use of high-power electrical equipment are strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to run the equipment in a faulty condition.
2. Please turn off the power of irrelevant equipment before the end of the shift. Ensuring power cut when personnel leave to eliminate electrical fire hazards at the source.
3. Keep the area around power distribution rooms and boxes unobstructed, to ensure safe operation of the electrical system.
III. Keep fire exits clear to guarantee emergency rescue
1. All safety exits and evacuation staircases in the factory must be unobstructed. Ensure unobstructed evacuation for personnel in emergency situations.
2. All staff shall be familiar with the location and usage of fire equipment in their working areas.
