Its flying-cut lamination efficiency achieves 240PPM, and the product yield rate reaches as high as 99.5%. The high-speed thermal composite stacking machine integrates multiple functions such as unwinding, punching and cutting, and thermal compositing into a single system. Equipped with a high-precision CCD automatic vision system for alignment, it enables 100% alignment detection for every corner of each electrode layer, significantly enhancing product reliability and consistency.
