联合能源伊拉克9区天然气处理厂成功进气投产UEG Block-9 Oilfield CPF Gas Commissioning

2024年12月15日下午2点，伊拉克9区油田天然气处理设施进气阀门缓缓开启，伴生气开始导入天然气处理厂，这标志着9区气包项目成功进气并进入试运行阶段。

On December 15, 2024, at 2:00pm, the intake valve of Iraq’s Block-9 Central Processing Facility (CPF) Gas was turned on, and the associated gas began to be fed into the CPF. This marked the successful admission of the project, signifying the start of its commissioning phase.

该天然气处理厂由联合能源集团投资建设，位于伊拉克巴士拉东北部，临近伊朗边境，天然气日处理量达1.3亿立方英尺。

The CPF Gas, invested and constructed by United Energy Group (UEG), is located northeast of Basra, Iraq, near the border with Iran. It has a daily natural gas processing capacity of 130 million cubic feet.

此项目是伊拉克石油部和巴士拉石油公司的重点地面设施工程。经过项目公司、中工国际、中石油环球中东项目部等参建单位33个月的不懈努力，克服诸多困难，项目得以按时、安全地顺利投产。

The project is a major surface facility project undertaken by the Ministry of Oil and Basra Oil Company. After 33 months of unwavering efforts by the project company, which includes CAMCE, HQC, etc., many difficulties were overcome, and the project was put into production safely and smoothly on time.

这一成果使9区油田成为伊拉克首个在同一年投产原油和天然气处理设施的区块，极大减少了油田伴生气的排放，并将助力实现伴生气零排放的目标，为伊拉克合理利用天然气、保障电力需求提供了坚实保障，也为联合能源集团整体效益的提升给予了有力支撑。

This achievement made the Block-9 Oilfield the first in Iraq to commence oil and gas processing facilities into production in the same year, greatly reducing the emissions of associated gas in the oilfield and will help achieve the goal of zero associated gas emissions. This provides a solid foundation for the rational use of natural gas in Iraq, ensuring electricity demand is met while offering strong support for the overall efficiency of UEG.
