通往“绿色工厂”之路，是全体员工齐心协力、将绿色理念融入日常运营每一个细节的成果。我们系统性地实施了一系列卓有成效的节能降耗举措：对老旧设备进行改造，显著降低了基础能源消耗；对关联设备实施分开独立运行，优化了运行能效；对空压机系统推行了全新的系统性控制策略，提升了整体效率；中央空调系统则创新性地与员工作息时间同步，设定了智能自动开关机策略，实现班前提前开启、班后自动关闭，即便在忘记手动关闭的情况下也能确保节能省电。每一项措施，都凝聚了团队的智慧与汗水。

Recently, Shanghai MAHLE Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. (Shanghai plant) has successfully passed authoritative certification and been honored with the title of "Green Factory." This prestigious recognition serves as official acknowledgment and the highest commendation for the company's sustained investment, relentless efforts, and outstanding achievements in the fields of energy conservation, low-carbon, and environmental protection over the years.
The path to becoming a "Green Factory" is the result of the collective dedication of all employees, integrating green concepts into every detail of daily operations. We have systematically implemented a series of highly effective energy-saving and consumption-reducing initiatives: retrofitting outdated equipment to significantly reduce baseline energy consumption; operating interrelated equipment independently to optimize energy efficiency; implementing a new systematic control strategy for the air compressor system to enhance overall efficiency; and innovatively synchronizing the central air-conditioning system with employee schedules through an intelligent automatic on/off strategy, ensuring pre-shift startup and post-shutdown even if manual shutdown is overlooked. Each measure embodies the team's wisdom and hard work.
